Formulated with all natural ingredients, this super-smooth and nourishing Shaving Oil contains Apricot Kernel Oil for beard softening while Castor Oil provides cushion and lubrication for the shaving process. Vitamin E soothes and revitalizes the skin underneath.

Ingredients include:
Apricot Kernel Oil: A very mild natural oil. Cold pressed and refined from the dried kernels of the apricot fruit, this oil is known for its ability to penetrate the skin without leaving an oily feel. Rich in essential fatty acids (oleic, linoleic), this oil is also high in Vitamin A and C. Its excellent softening and moisturizing properties are great for both face and hair.
Castor Oil: Obtained from the castor plant, this thick yellow oil is not easily absorbed. The cushioning layer provided on the skin is thus ideal for a close and effortless shave.

This Shaving Oil is great smelling (but not overpowering) – thanks to the addition of soothing Peppermint Essential Oil.

For best results, apply a small amount to a wet beard and face prior to shaving. Can be used in conjunction with other shaving products eg. Dr K’s Shaving Soap.

    Bought this recently as my previous shaving oil had run out and was very pleased to see that this stuff was a big improvement. I suffer from shaving rash on the neck area and the Dr K shaving oil does a great job in cutting down on razor burn and inflammation. Would definitely recommend this for anyone else who doesn't enjoy the shaving experience!

    I've been looking for a product like this that i was only previously able to buy in USA. Delighted to have found an Irish product.

    November 2017. It was a rainy day. The wind destroyed my umbrella and I managed to step in a mud puddle and ruin my recently acquired beautiful balmoral boots. I was feeling low and had a good stubble going. I decided come back home and take care of myself. I went to the toilet and there it was on the shelf, looking to me with a bright reflection. Then, I knew it was the time to met it, to met the Dr. K Soap shaving oil. The experience turned out to be a total success and I felt in love immediately with it. Since then, it became my go-to travelling and shaving-in-a-hurry lube for those days that my beard is still quite short. The razor glides less smooth than when I use Dr. K Soap shaving soap, but still more than with my former "hand made shaving soap". It leaves your face very, very, very moisturized and the scent is just awesome, my second favourite Dr. K Soap smelling product in fact (till now). A little goes a long way, so it will last a lot, but it happens the same as with every Dr. K Soap product, you inevitably will feel the need of use more product than needed because is such a pleasure to use it. TIP: after you finish your shaving, rinse your face and while still damp, take some drops of Dr. K Soap shaving oil and rub it on your face for an extra moisturizing experience (and a slight oily feeling). You won't be disappointed. Guaranteed.
