FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER €75!
We endeavour to ship all orders within 1-2 working days. Thereafter, estimated postal delivery times are as follows:
Ireland: 1 to 2 working days*
UK: Deliveries to the UK are paused until further notice.
Italy, Spain, Portugal: 5 to 7 working days*
Rest of Europe: 5 to 8 working days*
USA Express: 4 to 6 working days*
Rest of World: 5 to 20 working days*, varies according to destination.
*Availability / Delays: The above delivery times and last posting dates are ESTIMATED and delays can occur after dispatch which are out of our control (eg. customs delays, local road conditions, etc). While we make every attempt to keep sufficient stock of each product, there are times when a particular item will need to be manufactured, especially for bulk purchases. In this case, you will be contacted to confirm your order. If you accept the new order, please allow an additional 4-5 business days for delivery. Please add 3-4 working days to the above estimates during the festive season.
Shipping costs:
We are currently offering FREE worldwide shipping for orders over €75. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated at time of checkout. We ship with An Post Postal Service or couriers and charge at or below the actual cost of shipping. Orders weighing greater than 2kg shipping weight will be quoted for separately via email. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for any customs duties / taxes levied on the import of items into their country.
TAX:
VAT is included in the final price for all orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). The final product price will be displayed during checkout after selecting shipping destination. If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout. Dr K Soap Company is VAT registered in Ireland.
OTHER CHARGES:
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying. Alternatively, use the import duty calculator at SimplyDuty.
RETURNS:
Damaged goods:
Goods are deemed to have been received in good order after 14 days of receipt. You may return any faulty / damaged goods within 14 days after receipt for a full refund provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Unwanted goods:
Unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Replacement products will be shipped at buyer's expense. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping and any costs involved in the crediting procedure. Dr K Soap Company cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and we advise the use of registered shipping to return products.
Order cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled provided the goods have not been dispatched. If you receive the goods and would still like to cancel, please return the products within 14 days after receipt in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping and any costs involved in the crediting procedure. Dr K Soap Company cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and we advise the use of registered shipping to return products.
OTHER TERMS:
We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) without being liable for any damage or costs due to, among others, incorrect or misleading address or a possible fraudulent transaction. If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be made to the customer in each case.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Dr K Soap Company gift certificates may be used only for purchases on www.drksoap.com. Dr K Soap Company is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or for use without your permission. Not for resale. Receipt of a Dr K Soap Company gift certificate does not automatically guarantee purchase of any item. Gift certificates have no expiration date; however, Dr K Soap Company may amend eligible purchases and locations for redemption with appropriate and reasonable notice by updating the Gift Certificate terms and conditions at www.drksoap.com/terms. In the event of any such change, you may return the gift card for a refund of the remaining balance. Gifts certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for cash refund or exchanged.
